Services/Core Grant

The Imaging Core has a Zeiss Axiophot for both bright field and epifluorescent imaging.  The microscope is equipped with the objectives and filter cubes listed in the tables below.  A Spot RT-KE Slider digital camera and MetaVue software are available on the Axiophot.  This equipment allows the capture of high-resolution full color and monochrome images.  Click here for a detailed description.
